What is the return policy?
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. View the full Refund Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Alchemy Haus currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding preorders. Once your order ships, tracking is sent automatically.

Our products are manufactured locally in Florida.
